Terms of sale

The product and price
Spice It Up, the printed deck: 54 cards in two halves, used with the free Spice It Up app. Prices are shown in euros at checkout, including VAT / VAT not applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.
Paying
Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout, by card (Visa, Mastercard and others), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. The contract is made when the payment is confirmed; you get a confirmation by email.
Delivery
We ship within the EU. Orders are usually sent within 2 working days and arrive in 5–9 working days. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, write to us and we will send a new one.
14-day right of withdrawal
You may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the deck, without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then send the deck back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the original delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the same payment method. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. The deck should be returned unused and complete.
Faults
If the deck is faulty or not as described, you can claim within two years of delivery. Write to us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Complaints
Write to us first; we answer within 15 days. If we cannot agree, you may turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, ttja.ee) or the consumer authority of your own country.
